FAQ'S

Your choice. Almost all items are rented by the hour or 2 day increments. For many customers, 2 days is perfect. This allows you to receive your items the day prior to the event and return them day after the event. For example, if your wedding/event was Saturday, you could pick up Friday at noon and return them Sunday at noon. 

Place your order online. Payment is due, in full, at the time of reservation, along with agreeing to the terms and conditions of the Decor Rental Agreement.

If you cancel your rental reservation(s) prior to the start date, you will get a 50% refund of the original total.

All items need to be returned by the date and time you selected when you made the reservation. Open hours are Monday - Sunday, 8am - 5pm. We request that you be prepared to unload your own vehicle.

Items that come into contact with food and beverage should be returned rinsed and free of food matter and in the containers provided. We handle cleaning and polishing of all rental items.

Yes, you can pick-up your items directly from our warehouse for free. Our hours are Monday – Sunday, 8am - 5pm, by appointment only. We have no minimum order requirement for pick up.

Yes. Delivery is available for $100 + $4 per mile (round trip). Some restrictions may apply. Typically, we limit deliveries to a 175 mile radius around La Crosse, WI.

Standard delivery includes limited setup of the items you rented plus pick up. For example, if you rented ten 6' circle tables and sixty chairs, we would deliver them and setup the tables where you like and place the chairs around each table, but we would NOT put your linens, centerpieces, silverware, and glasses on each table. We setup and tear-down the items you rented from us only. 

We suggest reserving rental items 2-4 months in advance to ensure availability for your items. But we are always happy to place a last minute order if needed. If the rental is important to you or we only have one, we suggest reserving it earlier.
